USPermitRules.com provides automated municipal building permit fee calculations, plan check SLA estimates, and contractor surety bond prerequisite information for informational and planning purposes only. Calculations are derived from published municipal fee schedules and ordinances. Calculations do NOT constitute official municipal fee assessments or binding legal quotes.
3. Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) Precedence
All building permit applications, plan reviews, code interpretations, and final fee assessments are determined exclusively by local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and municipal building departments. Users must verify all final figures directly with the respective building official prior to submitting construction bids or contracts.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall USPermitRules.com, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the information or calculations provided on this site.
